The hotel complex is a little dated but for me that adds to the charm. The suite room on the 4th floor is spacious and has a sea view. The gardens are well maintained with ponds and a decent sized swimming pool. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The resto has a variety of western and Asian dishes at a very reasonable price. The 2 onsite bars are well stocked and also quite cheap. I have stayed here twice now and will stay again next time. Overall a great place to relax and not break the bank. I regularly stay in hotels and for the budget this is up there as one of my favourites. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff were very helpful, received excellent service in the bar and restaurant, offered multiple transfers to and from the town including airport transfers. Requested a late check out and they were able to facilitate and always were willing to help. The food was good value and tasty. Room was excellent size and the bed was very comfy, has an old feel but that adds to the charm.

Got upgraded to 3 rooms villa for free cause the ac was broken. Love it when we entered the lights, fan & ac were on, like its welcoming you from the hot weather outside. My mom loved it so much that she wanted to choose here again when we come to labuan next time. Anyway lurve!!

The spacious room and its lay-out. Good to have a balcony and being on a high floor, we can see the ocean. Nice comfortable sofa sets. Basic kitchen with a sink. The buffet breakfast is a good spread and offers a change during our 2 days there.

Credits go to the friendly and helpful reception team, Mr Yassin and another 2 ladies for assisting us during the check in process. A big thank to Mr Yasin for calling us in response to our request for early check-in. Thank you. The breakfast is good and my family really enjoy the stay and food here. easy to access, and we had a comfortable stay.

Very friendly and courteous staff who were always happy in their work. The barman was one of the best and nicest men I've met in over 60 years of travelling. The grounds and public areas are immaculately kept. The courtesy bus to the airport and town is a bonus. The meals are well cooked and served and breakfast has something for everyone.

The free drink per pax was nice. Food and Beverage at the hotel was reasonably priced and nice. Some Aircon in the apartment was not functioning well but they made it up by immediate repair or compensated us. Pool was great and the bar was family friendly

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept tidy and clean. Registration and checking out was fast. Food was great, not over the top prices. The pool was well maintained. Overall, our stay was deserved.

The two bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable for family.. Friendly and efficient staff- front desk, housekeeping and restaurant.
